As a US customer - This shouldn't generally be happening for you. You can check a few things:
1. Your address is full and complete.
Ex: If you live at 123 Main St, Blackwood, NJ 12345 please make sure you write your address out and you write 123 Main St, not just 123 Main. Also, ensure that the country is correct.
2. If that does not work, try clearing your cache and using a different web browser to place your order (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.).
3. If you are using the app, try ordering through the website or the mobile website.
If the problem persists, reach out to our Customer Service Team with your full address and all of the items in your cart.
As a CA or AU customer - Check your cart for Acetone or the Removal Kit - these items can only be shipped to the USA. Try removing those items and the above error should go away.
As an EU customer - We no longer ship to EU customers through the US site. Not to worry! Head on over to revelnaileu.com to shop our dedicated EU website.
