Foreign Conversion Refund Confusion

If you've purchased in USD, but you're outside of the United States, you may experience confusion when receiving a refund. 

When purchasing in USD, we also refund in USD. Since the conversion rate between USD and your currency changes often, it's possible that your refund amount can be different than your original purchase amount. To avoid this in the future, we recommend placing your order using your native currency, this way if you receive a refund, the refund will also be processed in the same currency you paid. You can change the currency that you shop in at the top left corner of our website.
