Dip Powders are very easy to apply. With a starter kit you will receive the three liquids and a dip powder in the color of your choice. The three liquids include: Pro Base, Activator and Finish Gel. You will simply apply the Pro Base and dip your nail into the powder color of your choice. You will then apply Activator and finally Finish Gel to create a beautiful strong shine!
