Picture this: you're in the middle of finishing one of the cutest manicures ever. You're on the final step, applying your Finish Gel, when suddenly you notice that your Finish Gel brush has hardened! What's going on here?
This is likely due to the Finish Gel brush coming into contact with the wet Step #2 Activator. When this happens your Finish Gel Brush will stiffen. If you have the Brush Softener, you can correct this, if not, we can send you out a replacement bottle of Finish Gel if it falls in our 1-year warranty. Please contact us if this is the case!
Brush Softener can really be a lifesaver in these situations. You can find a link to the product below! Not sure how to use the Brush Softener? Don't worry, we have instructions for that too. Please check out our article on how to use Brush Softener.
Please note the Brush Softener is meant to help with minor brush stiffness. If your Pro Base or Finish Gel are beginning to thicken, the Gel Thinner may help. If they are very thick, they will need to be replaced. Please contact us if this is the case and we can help.
